seanSean started selling Real Estate in Pennsylvania, and within two years became a top producer, formed a team of agents and led his team to be the top in his company. Sean relocated to Florida, with his wife and two of their five daughters, and is working as a full time agent in the Ft. Myers area. His dedication to the Real Estate Industry is what drives him to be the best he can be. Sean’s background in Property Management and Commercial Real Estate helps him service his investor clients with expert guidance and knowledge. As an owner and investor in Real Estate, he knows and understands first hand the challenges and rewards of investing. Sean is a certified relocation specialist. His extensive training with several relocation companies enables him to help families moving into, or out of, an area go smoothly and as stress free as possible. He has also received his Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification. This certification, along with his compassion and desire to help people, enables him to effectively market and sell homes that are in pre-forclosure and forclosure. Cheryl

cherylCheryl has been a Realtor since 1995. She relocated to Fort Myers in 2011, and obtained her Associate Brokers license. She and her husband, Sean, as the parents of five children, understand the process and stresses of moving a family. She draws on this experience when working with her Relocation families and enjoys helping them find an area, and a home they love. Cheryl also works with first time home buyers and sellers. She uses her background in the education field to teach, and guide her buyers and sellers through each step of the process. As a full time agent in these changing and stressful times, she understands the need to stay educated and updated on the current market and trends. She has earned the distinctive designation of Certified Residential Specialist (only 4% of all Realtors have this designation). She has also been accredited the Certified Distressed Property Designation. This has enabled her to help the many sellers that are in distress with their homes. Cheryl and her husband and Real Estate partner, Sean, has been active in many facets of real estate.
